Any Seagulls fans there? I'm heading there this weekend and looking for somewhere to watch the Chelsea game.

I know there is the Boston Blues Chelsea fan club who watch games at The Banshee. Opens at 9am but the website says 'Open early for sporting events. Call if interested' so that might be an option for you, as it'll be 7.30am kick off?
