Anyone one else a fan and loving the Greg Wallace unique broadcasting style of just shouting what he sees in front of him ?

Masterchef: I'm getting lemon, I'm getting chicken. First I taste the chicken, then I get the lemon. It's a lemony chicken with chicken and lemon. It just needs a lemony chicken sauce to bring it together.

Inside The Factory:

How big is that drum ?

1000 litres.

What do you put in it ?

Sugar and Flour ?

So you are telling me you have a 1000 litre drum with sugar and flour ?

That's right Greg.

That amazing Steve.

Sorry, but I've always thought Greg Wallace to be a bit of a tosser, along with that other turd, John Torode.
Both seeing how much food they can shovel in their gobs at once.

Also scratch the surface a bit and look at Wallace and his Millwall connections in the bad days

If you have Sky, check out this week's episode of Harry Hill's Tea Time featuring Gregg Wallace and his twin brother Egg Wallace.

There's a lot of p-taking about his style on Inside The Factory and Eat Well For Less.

To his credit, Egg.. I mean Gregg Wallace takes it all with very good humour.

For all of his gormless grinning, I always feel a nasty undercurrent with him, can't stand him at all. I doubt anyone else will remember, but he used to present a Saturday morning cook show - a pre-cursor to BBC Saturday Kitchen. He once had an Australian Cooking Journo on and he spent the whole time trying to flirt with her, to which she was obviously repulsed. The result was some of the most cringe-worthy TV I have seen, it was really creepy.

As for this program. it seems to be the same program recorded over and over again. Waste of time.

"So you're telling me" is the first thing I think :lolol:

I've now adopted it in everyday life.

"Wow, this looks nice. Thanks for cooking. What is it?"
"It's beef in ale"
"SO YOU'RE TELLING ME, YOU'VE PUT COW IN BEER?"

Maybe you have to be there.....or it's just me :lolol:

I've liked your post on the assumption that you're being sarcastic. Because frankly, Wallace is a fat, talentless, gormless turd.

I read once that Wallace goes around with a minder to protect himself from STARTING fights ! Apparently has a violent temper and can get seriously vicious very quickly. Also he one quoted something along the lines of " Any girl who wants to date me must accept my porn collection "

My favourite thread of the year so far.

I also think GW is a goon of the highest order, but find that factory programme strangely compelling. Plus the Harry Hill thing really really made me laugh (Harry shouting "You've got 45 minutes" while whisking Angel Delight; Paul Puttner as Egg Wallace doing his "Cooking doesn't get tougher than this" - loved it. It was almost as if TVBurp was back.)

Plus I'm really chuckling at Mejona's SO YOU'RE TELLING ME.

:lolol:

I like the programme but Greg Wallace I find hard yto put up.with for the whole hour. Cherry Healey also adopts his style.
