I honestly don't know why clubs keep hiring him. Has he signed a rolling one month contract? That's all he really needs.
He did very well for us and I'm sure he's a nice man, the way he handled himself throughout the whole year with us was top class. The look on his face at the training ground opening was fantastic and he always spoke with poise, class and intellect. I just wish he'd have stayed with us rather than bouncing around the clubs, I'm sure there are reasons (Watford, obviously!, and back in Israel) but ultimately, you can't keep floating around all the time. He needs a settled stint.
