The southbound road at this junction will be closed on Monday night. It won't be closed until 8.00pm, so no problem getting to the match, but getting home might be slower. I've tried to get more detail from the highways england web site, but can't find any.

Highways England are showing just this planned restriction near that junction on Monday night.
Location: The A27 eastbound between the A23 and the junction with the A270 Brighton East.
Lane Closures: Lane two will be closed.
Reason: Emergency barrier repairs are planned.
Status: Pending.
Schedule: From 20:00 on 8 January 2018 tp 04:00 on 9 January 2018.
LOanes Closed: There will be one of two lanes closed.

So in English, one lane of eastbound bypass closed between London Road and Lewes Road from 8pm.
Might affect Mill Road parknride buses getting back to Amex but that’s it.
