Already? They only sacked Mark Warburton his morning, that has to be rivalling Leroy Rosenior's reign at Torquay.

Already appointed Sabri Lamouchi.

Have a lot of time of for Martin O'Neil and I think he is a much better Manager then the person appointed.

I love Forest, whatever shenanigans are going at our end of Brian Clough way, they also manage to make it look like small feed.... Or, as it was beautifully put elsewhere

Derby : We are going to have a chaotic pre-season

Red Dogs : Hold my beer

Meopham, Kent.
Just shows that being a much loved ex-player doesn't actually guarantee you a long stay if the club you are joining are completely hatstand.

Take note Mr Lampard.

O'Neill's record - 8 wins, 3, draws, 8 defeats. A 42.1% win ratio. Better than Warburton and Karanka before him.

Let's put that in perspective. Only one permanent Forest manager of the last 20 years has bettered O'Neill's win ratio - Billy Davies,by just 0.2% - more than 5 years ago.

The players done for him there apparently, some of them went grizzling to the owners about RK and MON. RK went last week, looks like they were just getting all their ducks in line for the new man before binning off MON.

Pretty shabby treatment after only half a season in charge. Sounds like a lot of player power there, Lamouchi will be walking into a vipers nest. Looking on th Forest forums, the fans are (understandably) up in arms, and at the same time completely underwhelmed at the replacement.

Surely after the post season we’ve just had we should know more than to judge a sacking based on a handful of stats

I think it's more like 20 seasons, they were in the 3rd tier 11 seasons ago.

Just checked in fact, they got relegated from the top flight in 1999!

Those stats say more about the expectation of the Forest board than anything about O'Neill's ability.

Lucky Forest. No brainer ready-made song for the new manager - Minnie the Moocher:

"Folks, here's a story 'bout Sabri Lamouchi
He was a red-hot hoochie-coochie
He was the roughest, toughest frail
But Sabri had a heart as big as a whale
Hi-dee hi-dee hi-dee hi (hi-dee hi-dee hi-dee hi)
Whoa-a-a-a-ah (whoa-a-a-a-ah)
Hee-dee-hee-dee-hee-dee-hee (hee-dee-hee-dee-hee-dee-hee)
He-e-e-e-e-e-e-y (he-e-e-e-e-e-e-y)" etc

I bet that lazy grasping slackarse Lewis Grabban was one of the ones who went whining to the owners.
