[Travel] 'Serious car crash' in Worthing, (A27) after the game?

Does anyone know anything about it?
Earlier the police game round (just how guilty can an innocent person look) to say CCTV places me in the vicinity of a serious crash, seemingly somewhere between Lyons Farm and Castle Goring, coming home from yesterday's match.

Did I notice a small car driving dangerously?
Do I have a dashcam?

Yep that would have been it.

I guess the police tracked their journey through CCTV back from the crash, and at some point our paths crossed.

It was very odd as the officer was asking me if I noticed a small blue car racing through the mentioned section.
A mildly stupid question as if it's possible to 'race' from Lyons Farm to Castle Goring at 5:30 on a Saturday night, after the Albion and 2 days before Christmas.

Maybe 5:45, but the Family Stand + Mill Road never fails us.

We got in at 6 which is about 15 minutes up on the norm.
