What ever happened to Tom & Jerry? The Beeb used to how their ten minute cartoons regularly as programme fillers. Now they seem to be seen no more, not even on childrens TV.. A great shame. Provided great light entertainment back in the day, and convinced they would prove just as popular now.

The most curious thing..
It is the best Christmas film around, but possible too violent for generation snowflake.
There were other productions as well as Fred Quimby's but his were far superior.
Marvellous scenes.
(I used to have a recording of Spike the Bulldog on my answerphone which intimidated every cold caller into leaving us alone after their first attempt)
