[Help] Spy Stethoscope

Can anyone recommend a Spy Stethoscope, i've given up using a glass, the ones i've seen are around £200 looking for one that may work just as well for about £50, thanks

Thank god for that, the glass scraping along the wall in next doors bedroom was really annoying
