Most managers at this level are a character in some way or another (except possibly our own, who keeps his personality locked away). Mourinho has a personality that I’m not fond of and the less I have to see or hear him the better.

As he said when he poked a rival coach in the eye after a defeat, and after he lambasted a doctor for trying to treat an injured player after another defeat, there is a lamentable lack of respect among the newer generation of coaches.
