Keep looking, generally from mid-morning - tickets will become available.
Although there are none now, as I type, there were a few yesterday. As the ticket office processes STH exchange requests, tickets will come up.

You have to sign in as a Bronze member online though. I can't see them as an ST holder, but logging in with my daughter's account as a Bronze member, and there are a few about.
