Nothing rude.
But what would have happened had Palace scored when the boom was heard during the corner being taken?
Could the ref have disallowed it?
Could we take the matter higher and forced a replay?
That sort of explosion within a few feet of the players must have scared them. Is there any precedence for this sort of event?

Nothing would have happened. Same as if someone had a whistle in the crowd
