I'm determined not to read much into that. For purposes of comparing form, they drew that game too. 1-1 with 90 minutes up, when Shawcross effectively cleared the ball off the Palace line, instead of popping it across it. Palace straight down the other end and bundle in the winner. Palace matched Stoke (as we did) but no more. The fact they fluked the win no more tells us they are good, than Shawcross getting the winner he ought to have, would tell us they are bad.
