No, exactly what it says on the tin.
But what it says on the tin is, "The stairs that can never be able to get out of."
They need a new tin.
That triggered the legendary but rarely justified 'I laughed so hard I just blew my left testicle out my backside' response.

Some of the WSU (South end) stairs were a bit like this last night.
