I would have thought that the Scholars Lounge (Irish themed bar) would have it on. I was there in July and they have many screens showing various sports all day.

I was there for the Bournemouth game. We were in an Irish bar which I'm pretty sure was the Scholars Lounge mentioned above.

The Drunken Ship on Campo de Fiori should be showing it. That is a fantastic piazza to sit and soak up the atmosphere of Rome and have some pre game antipasti too. On the opposite side of the campo to the pub is a great place called Mercato which serves (at least they used to) free and unlimited antipasti dishes buffet style as long as you're sitting there having a drink. Used to be mostly locals too.
