Advised that planned engineering works between Littlehampton and Brighton has been cancelled on Sunday.

Can anyone confirm?

There were always trains running.
There was an earlier thread on this where someone - sorry cant recall who - misread the detail but it was only ever effecting Barnham Littlehampton area not all the West coast line into Brighton.

Dont forget issues in the London area if you travel from that far away.

`Up until about an hour ago the National Rail website was reporting that they were unable to say how engineering workis would affect services. so a justified worry.

On Monday Southern advised (on there website) that buses would replace trains between Littlehampton and Brighton.

That then changed to 'unable to advise on how engineering works would affect services'

And finally at lunchtime today they revealed a normal service will now operate between Littlehampton and Brighton.

Unsurprisingly Southern don't seem to know their arse from their elbow

For after the game....Trainline are showing that trains leave Falmer for Brighton at 15.29, 15.51, 16.29, 16.51.

Anyone know if this is it or if there may be more trains for ' Matchday service ' ?

Been away for a week. Has the Sainsbury West Hove park and ride been put on? Cannot find info that it has on club website. Would have thought that if Southern were unsure of the service the club would have implemented it.

Doubt it - busiest day of the week for supermarkets.
