Their staff retention is high and they reward from within preferring to promote high performing and dedicated individuals to senior positions.

So if you happen to be a full back within 5 years you could be playing up front , or even dare i say , the manager .

What are we looking for in our Chefs?

Team player (but playing up front as a striker would be beneficial).

Enthusiastic (helpful, but not essential as no one else is).

Work well under pressure (a useful asset, as our defence definitely doesn't).

Able to multi-task (essential, as no-one else has a clue).

Good level of English (this would be advantageous, in particular knowing such well known phrases such as "We lost again. We didn't score. We're bottom of the league. Brighton are flying."

Think you have what it takes? ( Don't bother. Just f*** off and get yourself a decent job somewhere else).

And French - I think they are really looking for several "Chefs de Partie" not "Chef de Parties".

I see the essential requirements do not include being able to cook.

There again, the essential requirements for playing at striker there don't seem to include scoring a goal.

By "World Famous Crystal Palace Stadium" they do mean Selhurst Park right? That stadium so famous that even the placer of the advert can't even get the stadium name right.

Or maybe they're doing Children's parties and just want one chef for that - a la McDonalds
