I always thought Bat out of hell by Meatloaf was pretty complete as a album, and I am not a fan of that sort of stuff.

But then I would say Feeding of the 5000 by Crass ,for me is the complete package.

In my view, back in the day, all albums had duff tracks. In the last 20 years very few records I have bought have any duff stuff on so for me this is mostly about 1970s and early 80s music.... so...not repeating anything already listed..

Caravan/If I could do it all over again I'd do it all over you/For girls who grow plump in the night - Caravan
Can't Buy a Thrill/Countdown to extacy/Pretzel Logic - Steely Dan
Rock Bottom - Robert Wyatt
Velvet Donkey - Ivor Cutler
The Tower - The Legendary Pink Dots
Phenomenon - UFO
Low - Bowie
The Idiot - Iggy Pop
Boy/War - U2
Construction of Light - King Crimson
Handsworth Revolution - Steel Pulse
The Damned - The Damned
Two 7s clash - Culture
Trespass/Nursery Crime/Foxtrot - Genesis
Pink Flag/Chairs Missing/154/A bell is a cup until struck - Wire
Cupid and psyche - Scritti Politti
Revelations/Fire Dances/Night time/Brighter than a thousand suns - Killing Joke
Three Imaginary Boys - The Cure
The Scream/Join Hands/Kaliedescope - Siouxie and the banshees
The greatest hit - Blue Orchids
The Fireman's Curse/The Jaws of Life/Human Frailty - Hunters and collectors
Desire/Holy wars - Tuxedomoon
Broken Fingers/Night air/Night Air 2 - Blaine Reininger
From the hip - Section 25
On by one/next one is real/deadly weapons - Minimal Compact
Garlands/Head over heels/Victorialand - Cocteau Twins
Empires and dance/sons and facination/new gold dream - Simple minds
Someting better change - D.O.A.
Zoo Story/Decade - Steven Brown
A-Mag/Step forward - Portion Control

As for more modern stuff that contains no duffness, numerous releases by the following are worth chcking out

Ferry Corsten
Paul Van Dyk
Ulrich Schnauss
Thomas Fehlmann
B! Machine
Lycia
The Bell Hollow
She Past Away
Eden House
Front Line Assembley
Hocico
O! Children
Soft Kill

OLMS

To name but a few
