Never even saw the Lutton goal go in. Never got freaked by the bandit attack at Pokesdown. Knackered after the long walk.

Doesn't apply to me, but if I got a letter I'd write back and say "Well you count the attendance as tickets sold, so therefore I DID go"

Not many are admitting to harvesting, so perhaps not many harvesters use NSC ?

Most people I know would fiddle the system if they could get away with it. Not sure why this is any different when your football club leaves itself open. It's not like they're depriving the club of money.

If I'd needed points but couldn't go I'd certainly have considered buying a ticket.

Let’s face it - the club’s ticketing system is pretty rubbish.

If they get the loyalty points wrong and use archaic methods for selling season ticket seats, I’m not sure what the club expects.

I haven’t seen a letter but I bet it’s full of the usual patronising garbage Barber comes out with where we all terrible people for manipulating the system. And none of it will be his fault - oh no....

I'm struggling to believe that they've actually gone out yet as a copy would make it here one way or another, probably with a "I was genuinely ill that day, but look what the club sent me..." or similar.

Dear Loyal supporter
Thank you supporting us for the last 40 years.
Unfortunately the "I bought a season a couple of years ago" when we started to be successful are up in arms.
Please don't do it again.
Your Swansea ticket is enclosed.
