i'd be surprised if the Premier League take didnt action against that. colour, crown motif are striking similarities (a lion is a lion, you stop ban people from using lions logos)

The first thing I thought of when I saw the logo was "Millwall"
UKIP lying for the Nation.
Doubt if PL, millwall or indeed UKIP would be able to protect anything as generic as a picture of a lion's head and if they were allowed it would only be for a specific class of business, e.g. Football, thuggery, politics.
I don't think UKIP will be trying to pass off as the PL, but maybe millwall.
