O/T Recommended Conveyancers

Hi I'm looking for a conveyancing service around Brighton, Hove, Lewes area. Can anyone recommend a reliable service with value for money and also speed. Things like contact ability are important too. I want them to be available most of the time, not just 3 days a week etc. I am looking to buy and sell.
Also has anyone experienced online conveyancers? What are the disadvantages of that, if any?
