Wells needs 30 odd runs to go past 1000 for the season. As usual with Wells its been feast of famine but he certainly put in some good performances.
Just looking at Archers stats. 58 wickets at under 25s. What a talent he is!

Fantastic player and great to watch - such an upright bowling action. Lets hope Stu and George can fill his shoes today. Garton has been unlucky not to play considering he is a fixture with the Lions.

I don't know, may have to wait for Adrian to do the interviews later, but by all accounts he has played every game and commentators said he looked shattered against Derbyshire.

Strange that this has happened more than once with Sussex this season.
Great shame about Finch. LBW first ball can happen to anyone - he is definitely good enough in terms of technique/talent but his career hasn't really got going yet. Hope Wells has another good match. Not really bothered about van Zyl and Evans - fingers crossed for Salt.
Archer being rested makes sense.

Adrian saying on the commentary that Jofra must have picked up an injury as he has traveled up with the squad. But also added he has bowled the second most overs in the championship behind Simon Harmer for Essex who bowls spin.
