My first ever Albion league match.

Four games into the season and Albion had not yet won (or even picked up a point).

Perhaps my mind was drawing too many parallels but when the fixtures came out I thought today would be our fist win.

No-one is under any illusion about how hard this season will be but at least it feels that some of the fear has gone away and our feet are under the table- at least for now.

How do folk feel when they compare the two scenarios- especially those who were at that match ?

:lolol:

I had been to a friendly match in 1977 but my brother didn't like the idea of taking me to matches as I was too GOBBY. I was the lowest head in the North Stand but TOUR the place up with my celebrations.

It feels FAR better now. Back then we were tin pot, frankly.
