Best steak in Brighton and Hove?

I haven't lived in Brighton for a while now and I'm a bit out of touch with these things. It's my mum's birthday Friday and we normally go to the Ginger Pig when I come down but we've been there a lot recently so I'd like to try somewhere different. No matter where I take them, my parents always order steak so I thought I'd turn to the collective wisdom of NSC. Doesn't need to be a steak restaurant but needs to do a good steak (could also be a good pub), be fairly accessible by taxi and not too loud/mental (my parents are well in to their 70s). So, where should we go?

The Argentinian place in Hove, name escapes me.

Latino America, I would recommend here if you are around Hove, plenty of pubs within walking distance or a short taxi journey too.

Hove Place is also very good for food, but not had steak in there.

Coal Shed - no competition.

Although went to Latino Americas on Saturday and I was impressed.

You could do worse than give Busby & Wilds a go. Great steak and the sticky toffee pudding is incredible.

Nice atmosphere too.

Do not go to Salt Rooms. Very overpriced and small portions.
Latino America is the place to go. Part owned by Ulloa and Bruno I understand.

Latinos Americas is my favourite, easily beating Coal shed
Never know might see a face or two, as have seen a few of the players in there

I'm not a big steak fan, but my wife has had the steak in Il Bistro on Market Street and hasn't had any complaints. I usually have the chicken with blue cheese sauce, which is awesome. Great service and reasonably priced. Really easy to get to, and not too noisy/crowded.
