Looking at the squad we have rather than the squad we would have liked. Surely we need flexibility for wingers to cut in and interchange and rapid and effective counter-attacks from midfield
I'm no football tactics expert (and I know I'll ge some flak) but our most talented 11 looks to me to be

Dunk
Duffy
Stephens

Knockeart
Izquierdo
Brown
Plus one of Hemed, Murray, Suttner, Propper, Gross or Sidwell
Obviously this looks woefully unbalanced. However could we play Bruno Dunk and Duffy as a 3 man defence with March and Schekotto as wing backs and Knockaert and Izquierdo up front and free to cut in and interchange. Do we have players who could move into the centre up front and play a role? Surely we need a flexible formation where players can rapidly interchange...
