Could this be a potential away game formation for us this season? Seems to be back in fashion and could solve our isolated front man problem without having to go to a 4-4-2.

At home we could even potentially play Knockaert/March/Izquierdo in the wing back role against 'weaker' teams.

I'd rather just slightly adapt what they currently play.

It's easily done just by moving Stephens back a couple of yards, while Dunk and Duffy take the required amount of steps to the side.

Then have Propper and Gross in front and behind the front 3 of choice.

in reality that going to be 5-3-2, unless you have some athletic young wing-backs and a manager that wants to go offensive at every opportunity. we have neither.

We are well drilled in 442 and 4411 I dont see us changing to 532 or 352 at anytime this season

I am intrigued as to who these 'weaker teams' are that we would play this formation against.
