I don't really follow our women's team or women's football in general, so this might be normal but looks like there is a mass exodus from our women's squad. What's the story here?

We have gone up a division and the new manager realises we are not good enough unless we make quite a few changes

Much like the mens team it seems.

I think most clubs in women's football have big turnarounds every season, because most of the players aren't professional. I don't know how many of BHA's players are fully pro, or how much they're paid, but I think a lot of the players will move around of their own volition, for work or family reasons, or to try out at another club
