No. By all accounts the Palace was a freak result (Palace hopeless, wouldn't have scored if they had played all season, and all Hudd chances went in). And Newcastle were poor today.

But it's a great start, and will make them think they can stay up, which is half the battle. At least they are laying a glove on teams and not showing them too much respect.

It shows nothing of the kind. My Palace friend said they were truly shocking last weekend, & Newcastle don't win when Shelvey doesn't play.
Huddersfield have had a good start, as they did last season, but they finished way behind us.
Hull won their first two games last season, and got relegated.
