From what I've so far worked out- When you close your eyes, you can't see anything, but when you reopen them again, you suddenly get your sight back. I've also recently discovered that if you squint your eyes, your vision is decreased and you get the chance to experience what it must be like to be Philip May.
People have forgotten (if they ever knew) how to discuss topics.

Ah, but the question is now confused. Did what was happening finally happen in between your title and entry ? Or are you asking of what has happened, and is indeed still happening to the site ?
We need to happen upon an answer. Unless, whilst typing this, that has happened in the interim.
