to remove toilet and probably replace section of floor under toilet.

Toilet won't anchor down so suspect floor is iffy around base.

Any recommendations and idea of cost?

Is it a suspended floor? Ground or upper floors? Floorboards or panels?

Couldn't quote without seeing...perhaps post a photo up or pm me.
