We can spend as much time queuing on match days as we do watching football ...

Queue - Battle of Trafalgar to get a pint - busy pub hardly surprising - 10 mins
Queue - Brighton station to get on a train - not too bad - 20 minutes
Queue - get beers outside ground - 10 mins - not too bad again
Queue - half time pint - no point as not possible to get in queue , get drink , drink it and get back to seat - so the ground is half empty due to queues
Queue - Try another queue as I have nt done this for a while . Think I 'll have a piss instead - cue another queue for Upper west toilets . choose to stand in line behind younger people with more operational bladders.. 10 minutes and something to do at half time I suppose .
Queue - Man City strikers outside box in long line trying to get in ( 90 minutes)
Queue - to get out at end to be expected . FFS there are 30,000 people there.
Queue - To get beer in NS concourse after match - dreadful - another 20 minutes
Queue to get ion train - 20 minutes

Total queuing time approx - 90 minutes - which is actually the length of the match

mmmm think the best policy might be to stop drinking and cycle there from now on !

Sort it out Brighton FFS

What are the best queue avoidance tips - maybe watch it in the pub !!

Yep. Too right! Why can't the club create an Energizer for us all!

Queue - (moving) 10 minutes for bus back to MR.

It would seem the Stat's had a considerably cheaper day than the OP.

Oh and Stat Club Jnr's queued for the football target practise thingy.
(Lil Miss Stat put one over the bar, she was standing underneath, hitting a City fan by the back of the coffee stall)

No queue to get on the train at Polegate
No queue to get in the NS on arrival at the ground
No queue to get food/drink on arrival in NS concourse
No queue in my seat at half time
Under 10 minute queue to get onto Platform after game

That's about the same time we have possession of the ball on Saturday

strange, I got served within a few minutes on NS concourse after the match, then went for a train to Brighton, straight on to platform, 10 minute wait for train .... no idea what the time was as I don't have a watch

Just out of interest. Did any Man C join you guys in the North?

They were certainly enjoying themselves in the South as we walked by.

Walked to ground
Time in queue for programme 0 minutes
Time in queue to get in 0 minutes
Time in queue to bog 0 minutes
Time in queue to get out 30 seconds

Methinks the OP is doing things wrong
