OT , water damage repair quotes

Came back from holiday a couple of weeks ago to find a drip coming from lounge ceiling and water stains , anyway insurance called and they said I need to fix leak first,got a plumber in who found leak coming from loose fitting on bottom of cistern in ensuite,and been slowly leaking for many months , anyway that's been fixed and now need to get two quotes for the home insurance to fix lounge ceiling, swollen skirting in bathroom and had to rip the Lino up , anyone recommend anyone in the Polegate area please
