Fairly certain that Andy Ritchie was about £500k and Terry Connor something similar?
Not sure this website is very accurate for historic players as it doesn't even have Andy Ritchie on there but worth a look.

Murray was never a record signing, just the most we'd paid for player in 25 years. Andy Richie was our record signing previous to the Amex era at £500,000.
Both arrived on swap deals though didn't they? so no actual firm monetary valuation.
Wasn't Ritchie's some weird triangular swap deal?:

If we take Propper's fee as £10 million and Izquierdo's (subject to confirmation) as £13.5 million, would that mean we have spent more on transfer fees this week than in our entire history prior to this week?
