I thought the Roma one (Pellegrini?) was decent where we was playing fifa. That Chelsea one is dreadful and the Swansea one does look a bit naff.

Still, breaks up the monotony of 'player holds up shirt at stadium, says a few cliched sentences about how they're excited about the challenge, keen to work with the gaffer and looking forward to meeting the lads etc'.
Remember the old photos of player in suit signing piece of paper as manager and chairman look on? #nostalgia

Call me old fashioned but unless it is a much loved former player returning then I can do without them, just holding up the shirt is good for me.

I should also state that even if they are complete garbage, I appreciate the effort - especially when it looks like it's been given to the work experience kid as a pet project. Stuff like this is to be applauded, even (especially) if it looks dodgy.
