Oh great and good of NSC.

I have a gate that I fixed to a mortar concrete external wall using M10 rawbolts. Unfortunately the wall is slightly damp and the bolts haven't taken and cannot correctly grip the wall to give a suitable securing for the gate hinge. Any recommendations on an epoxy resin that I can inject into the holes to hold in the rawbolts?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Chemical or resin anchors, lots are available, including those that will work in wet holes (ooer), maybe something like this

RAWLPLUG R-KF2-380, we use it for fixing wallplates to existing walls. Get it in screwfix about £12 I think
