Seagull player again

Will not let me view picture, get only a black screen when I press play, the only message I can find is "not authenticated" do not understand what this means, can you help me. I have tried contacting them through their message system but they log me out or terminate me without response, if there was a phone number I could resolve this problem. Help please

If you enter Seagulls Player, it re directs you to new Seagulls site, where you should be able to login with original info for Seagulls TV.

Been to both those sites ,they are what I am talking about above. You send them a message, they do not reply and you get logged out, also when you have sent a message, there is no way you can contact them further, if you do not get a reply you have had it. It is a one way only system.

I have been in contact with them through these email addresses:

supporter.services@bhafc.co.uk
ifollow@efl.com

I did receive messages back.

I have the BHAFC app but clicking on the arrow to view each video takes me to the Brenford site! Strange. Will try emailing them.

Just downloaded the app and I'm getting exactly the same problem.

I had the same issue and when I contacted the online chat 'people' they said it's possible to watch the tv content through my mobile's web browser (which is true). They also said a new iFollow app is being launched in a few months .... that's a whole bunch of use for the beginning of the season :(

I also couldn't watch tv content on my pc and now have to use Google Chrome as IE gives me a black screen and sweet FA else.

When I spoke to them via the chat thing they said an app to be able to watch on a phone will be released before the new season but no date as yet, I think the app people have right now isn't the right app
