Presumably they're based somewhere in Germany then. Makes a bit of a mockery of the League though - what if they got promoted. Would they be allowed to work their way up to the Budesliga ?
If they had to stay at U20 then they'd almost have a new team every year. Some years they'd be quite good but others they could be terrible. Also, I wonder if this has anything to do with German trade negotiations with China?
