A school 'census' is not the same as a National Census. I've done a search and it's from a FOI request from Oldham council from a group who call themselves Chronic Oldham.
Does that mean that Freedom of information request data is invalid ?

looks like some thinks it's invalid , despite spending last saturday night with friends who have just returned from Oldham who have 3 kids aged between 8 and 13 who said the place was ****ed.....they had gone back to be there for the girls mother but decided it just wasn't worth putting the kids through school in that environment.....such is life , people know best.
