Hello,

Me again. You may recall I popped up on here numerous times last year begging for your money as I completed over 67,000 burpees and attempted to break the Guinness World Record for the most number of burpees in 24hrs. This was all to help raise £17,000 for St George’s Hospital in London after they saved the lives of my twin sons. Thanks so much for your support once again.

Well, I have now launched an "official" 1-365 Challenge, which I completed last year. The premise is you start on day one with one rep of your chosen exercise, and simply add one rep every single day for a whole year. 10 reps on the 10th day; 100 reps on the 100th day; 250 reps on the 250th day, and so on. That adds up to 67,161 reps. This Challenge flipped my life upside down (for the better) and I want to share that feeling with as many people as possible.

I've been very lucky in that people across the UK have signed up using exercises such as lunges, squats, press-ups, reverse lunges, kettle bell swings, and of course, burpees. Now, however, it's gone international - people in Brazil, USA, and Australia have signed up over the past few days. Benefits by signing up with me is that you'll gain access to a support forum of others taking part; meal plans; training programmes & videos; motivational videos; a Reebok discount code; a The Protein Ball Company discount code; press & PR support to promote your Challenge (particularly good if you are doing it for charity); and a 1-365 t-shirt.

I'd love it some NSC'ers got involved. The next step is to get business involved where they can alternate the reps between their staff to help promote workplace health. So if you are a business owner or an employee who thinks your business could do with a kick up the bum when it comes to exercise/health then check out the link below and let me know if you have any questions about the 1-365. https://theburpeeguy.co.uk/1-365-challenge/

Thanks for your time.
