Went past Elland Road on the train twice this week. At the risk of sounding like a spoiled-brat shiny-stadium Brighton fan who's forgotten about the Goldstone/Priestfield/Withdean era ... I thought it looked really tired and underwhelming, at least from the vantage point of the railway line.

I was expecting something a bit more imposing. And well maintained.

That was my experience as well - I've only been there the once (Oh Alan Navarro!!!), and I was expecting it to be far grander. It's anything but, good on the inside though.
