As someone who travels to around a dozen away games, I was worried about 1901 getting all the big away tickets with their 100 point start. I'm happy that we have three dull away games that 1901 will avoid, thus giving me the opportunity to get some points on the board. I've just checked my points and they seem to be the same as at the end of last season, any news on this?

A STH needs to have ended 16/17 on 1200 LP to start 17/18 on the same number of LP (1100) as a 1901er who's never been away. Given the fact that a STH has had six seasons, each with a carry over to the next of 50% of the incremental LP earned over their starting LP of 1000, and the fact that STH get 20 LP for home cup games which 1901 don't get, to accrue points, the reality is that any STH who has been to a reasonable number of away games &/or home cup games on a consistent basis will easily have more LP than an away-JCL 1901er. I could easily work out an algorithm on a spreadsheet, but cba.

However, an away-JCL 1901er will have 100 more LP than an away-JCL STH.
