I've still got from '79 (and '83) framed plates with all the players signatures, haven't seen them this time but would like one.
Also first day of issue stamps for the Arsenal game,except not sure where mine are.
Anything else that was produced in 1979 but not this year.

I fear that signed plates, and first day issue stamps, are all a bit yesterday alas.

It's a very valid point. How many promotional/collectors items relating to football have any kind of resale value, even half a century after the event? All those programmes, books, signed shirts and all the rest of it. Tremendous if they mean something to you personally, but otherwise nearly always of a market value approaching somewhere close to zero.
