Evening hive mind. Anyone know a decent Turkish grocer in Brighton? I'm after some candied green walnuts.


I realise this is a bit of a Herr Tubthumper post and fully deserve your ridicule as well as, hopefully, your help.

The Turkish Market on Lewes Road is excellent - open till late too.

There's a Turkish shop on London Rd too, it's next door to Holland and Barrett

yes, it's still there, by the traffic lights. There's also a new international supermarket next to The Joker pub at Preston Circus

There's a decent international shop in Chapel Road in worthing, and also one round by teville gate, would be worth a go if no luck elsewhere.

I love the Turkish. They're a delight.
