Well ginger dalek or not, he has done a great job to keep Burnley in the Premier League. Maybe his brand of football isn't very attractive to the eye, but you can only work with what you have, and probably it's the way that suits the players best.

Mmm certainly more money and a far bigger budget, its a definate step up from Burnley in my opinion.
If the offer is there he wont get a better one, not yet anyway.

Realise all this is tongue in cheek, but l would be amazed if Hyppia ever got to manage in this country again.
