Super off peak travel card

I know i have asked this before and looked at thew conditions but it does not say if you are restricted to timed trains or can get any train that day?
Can someone please advise

Any time at the weekend, restrictions during the week

During the week, ''Super Off Peak'' I think is travelling after 11am and after 7 or 8pm at night. The evening part I'm not positive about

It's 10am during the week. Any weekends or bank holiday is anytime and any minimum fare. During the week it's a minimum £13.00 fare to get a discount with the card as I understand it
