That era of Noakes,Purves and Singleton on Blue Peter a truly amazing era in childrens T/V. Thank-you for the memories John.
Sad. I was as a keen Blue Peter viewer. I always remember him dropping his trousers and showing the huge bruise he got on his arse and leg when his bobsleigh crashed. RIP
