Assuming they don't move on, what sort of reception do you think they'll get if we play them?

Barnes (Burnley)
Ward (Burnley)
Ulloa (Leicester)
Wilson (Man Utd) [if he ever finally breaks through]
Lingard (Man Utd) [amazing to me that he actually did!]

And any others I've forgotten

But to answer your question, I'd suggest:

Barnes, will not get the hero's welcome that he deserves.
Ulloa, will.
Ward, a luke-warm round of applause.
Wilson and Lingard, a mere ripple of acknowledgement

Cook, a token ripple for being local, as when he played here before. He played far less Albion games than any of the above, after all.

Ulloa (Leicester) - Decent applause from lots , more than Barnes
Wilson (Man Utd) [if he ever finally breaks through] - Nothing
