He promised to supply medical equipment to Californian hospitals.
CNN ran with a negative story that he hadn't, one can only guess to smear his name otherwise why run it.
He then came out with plenty of evidence that he had as promised provided the equipment.
They didn't even bother doing 5 minutes of fact checking for the story. Then when exposed they doubled down rather that admit they got it wrong and apologise.

Their claim due to zero fact checking was found to be false.
So it is clear cut in regards to the original article and claims.
That article you linked actually proves that. No apology though. They just want to double down on their poor journalism.
Pence was killing his electorate long before Trump got into politics.
Closing down needle exchanges because God told him too.
While stalling major decisions because he needed to pray, left him with plenty of blood on his hands.
He took the job solely for mercenary reasons, he would have expected to be President by now.
I firmly believe America would be in a worse position now if that were the case.
