I think this shows that Melania loves children and showed a desire on her part to show love towards a child that will learn of his circumstances in the future. Donald's thumb in the air shows exactly how he feels about himself.

I must admit, I have often noticed him mash words and sentences up and fall back on simplistic speech with very little detail or numbers. Worryingly, he can't blame it on the booze.
