Getting prints from Argus photos

I know you used to be able to get prints as some mates got them after the Cup Final, but does anyone know if this is still possible. There is a photo with my young grandson in the the promotion celebrations that I would like to frame and give to him as a present. I will turn this 5 year old into an Albion fan!!

I did this about 12 years ago. I just quoted the ref number at the edge of the picture
