looking for some advice from the good and wise people on NSC. i have a villa ticket for an under 18 who cannot make the game and wish to pass it on to an adult. Can away tickets be upgraded? And would this have to be done by Aston Villa, upgraded many home tickets but never for an away fixture!

You would probably need to do it at the Villa ground, suggest you ring their ticket office

The correct answer will be to contact BHA who will likely ask that the ticket is returned and the club can then make it available to the next person on the waiting list.

The club see to be pushing the point that buying and passing on tickets is circumnavigating their own loyalty program.

Not necessarily my view, but this subject has been the subject of much discussion and comment of late.
